At The (UMJI) Union of International Journalists and Media Professionals, we are committed to transparency in all financial transactions. The following outlines our refund policy:
1. Non-Refundable Fees:
All payments made for membership, press ID issuance, or official certification are non-refundable once the request is processed or the service has begun.
2. Exceptions:
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
•If the service or card is not delivered within 30 days from the payment date.
•If duplicate payment has occurred by mistake.
•If the request is cancelled within 24 hours before processing begins.
3. Refund Method:
•Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
•Processing time: 7 to 14 business days after approval.
